We accept payment by all major credit & debit cards (not Amex) and cash. (we do not accept cheques).
We also will except a bank Transfer at the time of treatment.
Cancellation and Failure-to-attend fees:
We appreciate that occasionally missing appointments is completely unavoidable. However, we try very hard to provide you with an appointment that suits your busy life style. Failure to notify us in good time means other patients miss out.
However, we do not charge for cancellation if you rebook a further appointment within 5 days of the cancelled one. This ensures some consistency of treatment as too long between sessions may hinder recovery.
Re-occurring cancelation:
We may ask for pre-payment at time of booking
High cost of multiple treatments:
A deposit of 30% at time of booking may be applied where treatments cost extends to over £50.
